WINE SHOWS IN VENETO 2008 |
Primavera del Prosecco 2008 is one of the most important wine events in Veneto; these wine exhibitions in Veneto were opened on February 16th, 2008 in Vidor how it always happens.
The thirteenth edition of this wine event reveals itself to be a very useful tool promoting the Italian wines from Veneto in Italy and abroad. |

| This wine event will stop off in fifteen hill and piedmont places in province of Treviso from February to June 2008 and it one of the most important wine exhibitions from Veneto in Italy. |

| These wine countries in Veneto stand out for the production of high-quality Italian wines as Prosecco doc di Conegliano e Valdobbiadene besides Cartizze, Verdiso, Refrontolo Passito DOC and Torchiato doc from Fregona, which are two Italian raisin wines and local grappas which will show in Vittorio Veneto. |

| The Italian wines from Veneto, which will be presented in several stops of Primavera del Prosecco 2008, are made by more four hundred wineries. These wines will be coupled by local dishes and by products as chicory, peas, honey, special bread-sticks, sausages and cherries from Veneto. |

| This wine event in Veneto leaves from Vidor up to San Pietro di Feletto and it will cross the countries as Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, Guia di Valdobbiadene, Col San Martino, Villa di Cordignano, San Pietro di Barbozza, Refrontolo, San Giovanni di Valdobbiadene, Miane, Fregona, Saccol, Colfosco, Combai, Vittorio Veneto which is the second last stop. |

Other wine events in Veneto will follow Primavera del Prosecco 2008 in the next months as Canevando (June 29th, 2008), the walks along Anello del Prosecco (guided walk between vineyards and paths as the lane No. 1019, you will be able to tour a winery and to taste three kind of wines and the local products from March to October), the Slowbike which is a food-and-wine bicycle ride; it winds along a itinerary and it schedules the guided tour in some vineyards and in wine exhibitions of Primavera del Prosecco 2008 on April 13rd, 2008 in Miane and on May 18th, 2008 in Vittorio Veneto) and the Prosecchissima (a 45 kilometres long mountain bike race which will leave from Miane at 10:00 a.m. On April 13rd, 2008. Other wine events will follow as Open Wine Cellars (May 25th, 2008) and Wine in Villa (on May 17th and 18th, 2008 at Castello di San Salvatore in Susegana).

| When Primavera del Prosecco 2008 will be ended the winning wines from Veneto will be awarded a prize in Conegliano on July 25th, 2008 while they will be tasted at Villa dei Cedri in Valdobbiadene during the wine event called CALICI DI VINI 2008 on July 26th and 27th, 2008. |

| All wines from Veneto being present at Primavera del Prosecco will be showed in Jesolo on July 5th and 6th, 2008. |
